Introducing the Nalu SHAKA, our second OC1 model that perfectly complements our design philosophy. Developed for optimal all-round performance, it truly shines in downwind and surf conditions.
The SHAKA boasts a slightly more progressive rocker profile than the Supersonic, with volume concentrated in the middle of the hull. At 6.2m / 20’4”, it’s shorter than the Supersonic, making it more responsive, better at turning, and excellent at catching and riding waves. Yet, we’ve ensured it maintains excellent glide on flat water for top-notch all-round performance.
At Nalu Canoes, we’re all about pushing the boundaries of OC1 design, and the Nalu SHAKA is a cheeky nod to our commitment to innovation. Whether you’re navigating tricky downwind conditions or riding the thrill of ocean waves, the Nalu SHAKA is crafted to elevate your paddling adventures.
